We also sell all generator accessories
including base and standalone fuel tanks, enclosures, transfer switches,
battery chargers, load banks, trailers and much more.
We are seeking one or more experienced
sales persons with the following talents and skills.
| Must have generator and transfer
switch sales experience. |
| Must know how to size
generators, select fuels and generally advise customers on what
to purchase. Experience with other products and service is a
plus. |
| Power plant experience also a plus.

| If you have years of experience and a following of customers
that is a major plus and could effect compensation greatly. |
Cheerful, aggressive, people
type personality, Able to work in fast paced internet commerce
based environment.
We compete
against all major manufacturers and sell used equipment from
every one of them. Our market is the secondary, non-brick and
mortar segment and we do very well in it. |
| Must be detail oriented, be able to follow instructions and
guidelines. |
Must use our automated order
taking system which provides product details, freight
calculations, progress tracking etc.
Our system contains prices for all
products, all accessories, brochures, specifications, automated
freight quoting, customer communications interface, quote
document storage and retrieval.
The system is accessible from
anywhere in the world via the internet. Most sophisticated and
modern system in the industry. Quotes can be written and sent in
under 5 minutes.
Quote
tracking, recall and conversion to order is automated as well.
Commission tracking and auto payment is also built in. |
| Must be computer literate and
have a computer with large monitor (20-24 inch minimum, multiple
monitors a plus) |
| Must work from home or private
office. |
| Must have separate phone line
for business calls. |
| Must use GeneratorJoe email and
business cards. |
| Able to attend occasional trade shows. |
| Able to deal with troublesome customers, large contractors,
government agencies and the Fortune 10,000 list of companies. |

| Compensation negotiable. Prefer
commission only. We can provide 50 leads a day easily. Will
consider any reasonable situation that works for both of us. |
