The GeneratorJoe diesel Reefer Generator Set is designed to provide highly reliable unattended continuous operation for all refrigerated ocean going container units in both over-the-road and rail transport modes. Built to last, GeneratorJoe uses only the highest quality materials in the production of its Reefer Generator Sets. Each unit is fully load tested to ensure trouble free operations for our customers. GeneratorJoe Reefer Generator Sets are designed to mount to a variety of ISO container chassis and are shipped complete and ready to operate.

Generator Sets "Clip On" type, are designed to clip on to the front frame of a refrigerated container. Container clip-on to top header with pinsall steel frame.

Generator provides continuous (single voltage) electrical power to intermodal refrigerated containers. Unit is self contained with integral 105 U.S. Gallon (400 liter) fuel tank combined with engine, generator, battery and all operating controls.

CHASSIS AND ASSEMBLY

The engine and generator are all shock mounted to the steel support frame to dampen vibration levels to a minimum. The enclosure and access doors are constructed with galvanized steel. All steel components of the frame are cleaned and have a baked on polyester Powder Coating. All hardware is stainless steel or corrosion protected.
